Inside Sales – Commercial Moving Company
Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Remote Worker for our Commercial Moving Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating business opportunities within the commercial moving sector. Operating from a remote location, you will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and showcase the value of our moving services. Your primary goal will be to identify and secure new commercial moving projects while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Utilize various channels, such as online databases, industry directories, and social media, to research and identify potential commercial clients seeking moving services.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to initiate contact with prospects and introduce our company’s moving solutions.
- Consultative Sales:
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding the unique needs of each client and tailoring our moving services to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide accurate information about our company’s capabilities, services, and benefits to establish trust and credibility.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in commercial organizations to position our company as a preferred moving service provider.
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations virtually, showcasing our commercial moving solutions, expertise, and track record of successful projects.
- Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with our operations and logistics teams to create customized and competitive moving proposals that align with the client’s needs and budget.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients to secure moving projects and achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to facilitate the successful closure of sales.
- CRM Management:
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and interactions with clients.

Qualifications:
- Sales Experience:
- Proven track record in inside sales, outside sales, or a similar sales role, with a focus on B2B and commercial clients.
- Previous experience in the moving industry or related fields is a plus.
